If reservation is cancelled for any reason you will forfeit your placed deposit. Any rare scenarios must be approved by management.

In order to design and create your desired decoration, reservation must be placed a minimum of 3 weeks in advance. This includes all decorations we provide. Due to the differences in every event sometimes new items have to be purchased so we do not accept refunds if you decide to cancel.

Our high peak frame tents can be set up on almost every surface including grass, asphalt, concrete, rocks etc. However if we are not able to stake we use water barrels to weight our tents. Please be sure to discuss this at time of booking to insure accurate pricing and to avoid any problems at the time of set up. If the location of your tent changes after booking it is your responsibility to let us know in order to be prepared ahead of time.
Our pole tents CANNOT be set up on harder surfaces unless there is grass or dirt around the area for us to stake. Our pole tents need to be anchored by staking into the ground.

Depending on scheduling for the week of your event we may deliver 1-3 days prior to your event or on the date of your event 3 hours before your event start time. We will pick up the day after your event or on the following business day. We try our best to schedule deliveries around your landscaping schedules however we cannot guarantee due to the amount of jobs we usually have each week.
